The Info-Request customer interface is a collection of three interconnected systems.  These systems handle all of the upfront design, data collection and reporting of requests for fulfilment materials.  The last system is entirely manual, the picking and packing of fulfilment items.

From the main Info-Request page select 'Customer Interface' from the menu on the left.

Initially configured by the Info-Request support team, the design interface is available twenty four hours a day to allow you to change the look and feel of your page.

The project view allows editing of the contact and  setup information.  The contact information is for this project and details personnel and email contacts for the day-to-day running of the project.

The setup information includes graphics, colours, font and text used in your data collection page and panel.  Materials  are assigned here as are the custom fields where you may define questions to be included with the collected name and address data. 

Saving the project causes Info-Request to generate a page and a panel for your project.  The page has a header graphic, a header and a footer text section and of course the data input fields.  The panel is smaller and only contains the data input fields for use in a framed internet site.

The data input fields have a standard address format.  Custom fields will appear below the address input fields and will be captured in the Info-Request database with the address data.

The Info-Request reporting system is where data may be accessed as a merge file.  It is the engine where notifications of new requests are generated and where the request data may be interrogated.

Log in to the Info-Request customer interface for a list of your projects.  To view the project data select a project from the list.

Individual requests may be viewed, changed or deleted.  So at all times, you are all in control of your data.

To extract a list of requests, either by date range or  since your last visit just enter your selection and the dataset will immediately be sent, via email, to the contact for this project.
