Info-Request, at it simplest, is a service that ships literature or other fulfilment items to your
customers when they order them from your web site. What makes Info-Request special is the level of
service we offer. We provide the user interface complete with error checking, custom fields and case
fixing. We provide 24/7 access to your customer data and complete control over the look and feel of the
user interface, allowing you to make our data collection page or panel appear to be an integral part of
your site.
An Info-Request account is made up of a number of services. We provide a custom panel that can be inserted
into a new or existing framed page. Then we provide a web page that you can link to from your site (should
you not wish to use a frame). We then allocate pallet storage for your materials at our warehouse, staff to
pick and pack your sales literature or promotional items and we
provide a secure online database with editing and download facilities to hold customer enquiries.
When a customer comes to your site and selects an option to request a brochure, catalogue or other items they are
directed to the supplied page or panel. You control how this panel looks and feels. You supply the text
for the header and footer on the page, the graphics, even the questions to ask the user and the acceptable
answers. When the user has entered your required fields they press the 'Submit' button and the enquiry is
written to a secure online order database. Some Info-Request packages include the option to then send a
confirmation email to the customer, your staff or both. At 1pm each business day the staff at SOLO Mailing Services
Ltd. pick and pack all orders received and they are despatched that day.
Billing for Info-Request is very simple. There is a setup fee to open your account. There is a monthly fee
which includes storage for your materials, picking and packing the first 100 items and administration and
backup of your customer database. Postage is billed at cost plus 3% if we bill you or at cost if we ship
on your Royal Mail account. If you require more storage for materials, or if you receive more than 100
enquiries in a month, these incur additional fees, so you only pay for what you need. See our
